Royal St. Kitts Beach Resort Ltd. (”the Developer”) commemorated today the next step in the development of the Marriott Residences, St. Kitts, a whole ownership/residential project for which Century 21 Island Realty has been named as the exclusive sales agent, with the demolition of an unfinished building/structure on the property. The event marks the progress towards a new 30-acre, multi-phase project that will be integrated with the existing St. Kitts Marriott Resort.
